Patrick has been a Certified Mortgage Professional for more than 21 years and founded North Brisbane Home Loans in 2002.

Patrick got his start with ANZ Bank in New Zealand, and progressed his career with them over 16 years, ending up in a Business Banking role here in Virginia. Moving to Brisbane in 2000, Patrick went on to lead the QLD market of a home loan agency, before assisting in the setup of the REMAX Real Estate Finance division and practicing as a broker.

Recognising a need in the market for a local, trustworthy and community-oriented brokerage service in Brisbane, Patrick took the plunge and established North Brisbane Home Loans. Patrick has fostered strong relationships with a huge range of financial lenders, and specialises in educating and helping clients get a better deal. As well as introducing them to valued partners to help them in other areas.

Patrick’s proudest achievement in life is undeniably his five beautiful children, however he is also very proud of the contribution North Brisbane Home Loans has made to the mortgage broking industry and the local community as a whole.

With years of experience in the property industry, Brendan has followed his passion and kicked started his career in Finance with Mortgage Choice and has now joined the NBHL team.

Brendan holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking as well as a Bachelor of Commerce. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and can cater for clients from many diverse backgrounds.

In his spare time, Brendan likes to walk his dog, drive on the beach and have a nice barbie.

Karthic holds a diploma in finance and mortgage broking along with a double degree in Commerce (majoring in finance) and Arts (majoring in psychology).

Karthic started his finance journey at CBA in 2017 and then spent five years at Macquarie Bank specialising in home lending. He realised that by becoming a mortgage broker meant he could help more people and not just those who fit the one bank’s policy.

In his spare time, Karthic enjoys the energy and warmth his 11 year old Samoyed brings to his life, fishing, hanging at the gym and all things cars!
